Man who plotted to kill Joss Stone jailed

A thug who planned to kidnap and murder soul singer Joss Stone has been sentenced to 18 years behind bars. Junior Bradshaw was accused of conspiring to snatch the You Had Me hitmaker from her English countryside mansion in June, 2011, steal her estimated $16 million (£10 million) fortune and then dump her corpse into a river after chopping off her head.
The evil plot was foiled by Stone’s neighbours who spotted Bradshaw acting suspiciously outside the star’s home, and in April (13) he was convicted of three counts of conspiracy to rob, murder and commit assault causing grievous bodily harm.
The 32 year old’s sentencing was delayed pending a psychiatric evaluation, which determined Bradshaw was suffering from schizophrenia and mental impairment, and now he has been ordered to serve 18 years in jail for his crimes.
His co-conspirator, Kevin Liverpool, was also found guilty of planning the heinous plot earlier this year (13). He was sentenced to life in prison.
