Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon renew vows in Disneyland

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon headed to Disneyland on Tuesday (30Apr13) to renew their wedding vows and celebrate their twins’ second birthday. The Hero hitmaker donned a princess-style bridal gown to say ‘I Do’ again with Cannon in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle at the California amusement park.
Their extravagant bash, attended by guests including actress Holly Robinson Peete, music producer Jermaine Dupri and rapper Da Brat, also served as a birthday party for the couple’s son Moroccan and daughter Monroe, who were born on the couple’s third wedding anniversary in 2011.
Carey took to her Twitter.com page to share photos and videos of herself getting ready for the ceremony with her kids, tweeting, “On our way to renew our vows. I love you Nick Cannon… Shut down Disneyland.”
The Disney-themed event followed a similarly lavish anniversary last year (12) – Carey and Cannon renewed their vows at the top of the Eiffel Tower during a vacation in Paris, France.
The couple initially married in the Bahamas in 2008 after just weeks of dating.
