Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon reunited with their children for the Kids’ Choice Awards.
The friendly exes attended the awards on Saturday (11Mar17) along with their five-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe, and posed for pictures on the orange carpet.
It was also Mariah and Nick’s first joint public appearance since the former America’s Got Talent host welcomed his new son, Golden, last month (Feb17), with his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell.
Mariah matched her daughter’s outfit in blue-and-white Adidas tracksuit-style dresses, while Nick and Moroccan sported sleeveless orange hoodies with matching shorts. The five-year-olds became unhappy with the spotlight on the orange carpet and pouted for the cameras, but cheered up in time for the ceremony, which was hosted by John Cena.
The Butterfly singer shared a sneak peek of her and Monroe’s looks ahead of the awards on Instagram, and posted a snap of her smiling with her daughter in front of a huge mirror. “Excited to take #demkids to the Kids’ Choice Awards today! Trying on a matching ensemble with RoeRoe while @NickCannon is dressing Rocky,” she wrote.

Nick later shared a snap of the family as they arrived at the Kids’ Choice Awards, with the comedian holding Monroe while Mariah nestled her head onto her daughter’s shoulder, and held Moroccan’s hand. “Awesome Day! Kids Choice Awards 2017 @nickelodeon #Family,” Nick captioned the shot.

The 36-year-old opened up about his affection for his ex-wife, despite them being separated since 2014.
“That woman is a queen,” he told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week (beg06Mar17). “She’s a magnificent mother. I have nothing but respect and admiration for that woman. I will never have a bad thing, a negative thing, to say about her.”
