Marilyn Manson and Lil Uzi Vert to collaborate for rock album

Marilyn Manson and rapper Lil Uzi Vert are joining forces for a rock album.
The shock rocker has revealed that he and the hip hop star, real name Symere Woods, are in the early stages of the collaboration, and he anticipates the project will be a unique blend of music styles.
“He wants to do a rock album next, and I would love to see that happen because I think that he could make a new thing,” Manson shared. “Not some rock/rap type of thing, something special and new that I think needs to be created just to f**k the world up more.”
“I think he has punk rock in him,” Manson said of the rapper. “He has an attitude like I did, and I like that about him.”
According to the publication, Woods, who recently released the hit album Luv Is Rage 2, plans to work with his producer Tyler Bates on the forthcoming record.
The 23-year-old has been a longtime fan of Manson and even spent a whopping $220,000 (£16,550) on a diamond-encrusted chain featuring the controversial rocker’s image, which he presented at Coachella in April (17).
Meanwhile, Manson is currently promoting his new album Heaven Upside Down, the highly anticipated follow-up to his 2015 release The Pale Emperor.
