Mark Wahlberg trying to stay in shape over Thanksgiving holiday

Mark Wahlberg will be watching what he eats on Thanksgiving, because he starts shooting a new movie on Friday (24Nov17).
The Daddy’s Home star is working with longtime collaborator Peter Berg on Mile 22 and he has promised the director he’ll be in shape when they meet up over the weekend.
“Finally I tell him I’m getting into shape and he’s like, ‘We’re going to drink wine and eat pasta every weekend’,” the actor tells Live! with Kelly and Ryan. “I’m like, ‘I can’t do that, I’m either on or I’m off, I can’t really cheat.’ But I do reserve the right to cheat because once you get in shape you can just burn it off.”
Thanksgiving is the actor’s favourite holiday and he insists he will enjoy it, despite his strict diet.
“I just like to keep (the food) in my refrigerator and then have the leftovers,” he said.
