Marlon Wayans planning funeral prank on brothers

Funnyman Marlon Wayans is plotting his revenge on his famous brothers after they made him look like a fool at the Emmy Awards several years ago by scrapping a skit he had dressed for. The Haunted House star still hasn’t forgiven Shawn, Damon and Keenen for embarrassing him at the U.S. TV awards, after he had scripted what he thought was a great skit for the siblings’ presenting spot.
Marlon suggested his brothers should go onstage ahead of him, dressed in fine tuxedos and he should run out in an ill-fitting suit for the comedy bit – but the siblings decided to pull a prank on him instead.
He recalls, “They went and bought these $2,500 suits and I was like, ‘Dude, I just did Mo’ Money, I’m not spending $2,500 on a suit!’
“I was like, ‘OK, how ’bout this? I go rent a tux and you guys wear the expensive tux and I’ll come out with a really small tux… I had this whole thing I was gonna go, and they go, ‘Yeah, that sounds like a good thing’.
“They went out and they call me out and they go… ‘Hey, where’s Marlon?’ and I come running out in this little suit and I’ve got my shoes on two left feet and I’ve got these big socks on… and I’m like, ‘Hey guys!’
“And my brother said, ‘And the nominees are…’ I never sweat (sic) so hard in my life… They start cracking up… I think I cursed I was so messed up.”
Wayans insists he will pay his brothers back – at their funerals.
He explains, “I’m the youngest. They gonna go first. I’m burying them in the (bad) Emmy suits… and I’m gonna take pictures.”
