Martin Scorsese’s filmmaker daughter is suing the producers of a movie she directed for allegedly cutting her out of the profits. Catherine Scorsese claims she was so excited about the online movie she made for Campus Life producers she roped in her father and family friend Ray Liotta to help promote the film.
In legal papers obtained by TMZ.com, Catherine claims she was promised profits from the film, but she says the producers reneged.
She is now suing Jumpview Entertainment bosses, Campus Life Productions officials and others for unspecified damages. She also wants a judge to prevent the producers from showing the film.
