Master P developing video game

Rap boss Master P is expanding his business empire by launching a video game.
Get Money is reportedly the first “African-American minority-owned technology game”, and according to HipHopDX.com, Master P, real name Percy Miller, teamed up with video game developers in Korea in 2010 to create the game.
He is planning to take the company, Get Money Video Game, public in 2018.
“Why are we not benefiting from this multi-billion dollar industry that has been created off of our lifestyle,” a statement from Miller reads. “We have to expand our mind to technology. It is the new way to sell music.”
Get Money will be patterned after popular video game franchise Grand Theft Auto and will be set in New Orleans, Louisiana. Users will be able to choose to play as a villain, hustler, cop, boss, or entertainer.
“If you make the right choices, you get the money,” a press release launching the venture reads, “but if you make the wrong choices it’s death, jail or destruction just like in the real world.”
The video game will be available for Xbox, personal computers, and mobile apps.
