Hollywood actress Melanie Griffith is moving on from her failed marriage to Antonio Banderas by covering up a tattoo of his name on her arm.
Earlier this month (Jun14), the Working Girl star shocked Hollywood by filing for divorce from her husband of 18 years, and on Tuesday (17Jun14), she returned to the spotlight by walking the red carpet at the Taormina Film Festival in Italy.
Wearing a leopard-print dress which revealed her arms, the word ‘Antonio’ had been erased from the heart-shaped inking on her right bicep. It is not clear whether Griffith has undergone a procedure to permanently remove her husband’s name, or if it was covered with make-up.
The actress still wore her diamond wedding ring, but moved it to the middle finger on her left hand. This is Griffith’s fourth divorce and Banderas’ second.
