The actress will play literary character Enobaria in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
She will join Jena Malone and Philip Seymour Hoffman among the other cast newcomers.
Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Elizabeth Banks and Woody Harrelson will all return for the second film.
