Actress Mia Farrow has attacked her estranged adopted daughter Soon-Yi Previn, accusing her of marrying Woody Allen to “improve her situation”.
The 60-year-old star split from Allen in 1992 after uncovering his secret relationship with Previn – who is 34 years the director’s junior.
While Farrow insists she has accepted the situation, she has vowed never to see Previn again.
Farrow says, “She was on the streets in Korea when she was captured and brought to the state orphanage. And in a way I can see from her perspective – a very limited perspective – that she’s improved her situation.”
“She’s got the penthouse and the seat at Elaine’s (New York restaurant) or, whatever I had, she has.”
