Singer Michael Mcdonald is rejoining The Doobie Brothers for an upcoming country-themed hits album. The Sweet Freedom singer left the band 1982, but teamed up with his former bandmates on the track Don’t Say Goodbye, which appeared on their 2010 album World Gone Crazy.
Little is known about the band’s new project, but it is believed to be an album featuring their hits, re-recorded with country stars Toby Keith and Zac Brown.
