Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher helped introduce a challenge during their surprise appearance on The Bachelorette on Monday (29May17).
The couple, who are huge fans of the show, helped Bachelorette Rachel Lindsay out with the Husband Material obstacle course, the first group date challenge.
Mila and Ashton laid out the ground rules of the test, one of many which will help Rachel decide which man will be her best suitor. Ashton explained to the men that they would need to learn how to do certain chores to be considered husband material for Rachel. As part of the course, contestants had to change a doll’s diaper, vacuum while carrying a fake baby, set a dinner table and present a bouquet to Rachel while up against the clock.
Mila, dressed casually in jeans and a black top, and Ashton, wearing a grey T-shirt featuring the words “Trophy Husband”, looked on as the challenge took place and gave their own verdicts on the potential of the contestants.
“I don’t think Rachel’s guy is in this group,” Ashton said, adding that he knew “from day one” that Mila was the one for him and she jokingly replied, “Someone’s definitely getting laid tonight.”
Explaining their surprise appearance, they said to the cameras, “Monday nights for us are… White wine, vodka tonic and turn on The Bachelor or Bachelorette” while Ashton added, “The show is our guilty pleasure.”
The Hollywood stars shared they were big fans of Rachel from her appearance on The Bachelor so called up producers of The Bachelorette to ask if they could be in the show, joking that their appearance was like a “date” for them.
Mila and Ashton, who began dating in 2012, got married in 2015, and are parents to daughter Wyatt, two, and son Dimitri, who was born in November (16).
