Model Yolanda Foster recovering after surgery

The model wife of legendary music producer David Foster is recovering after undergoing surgery related to her struggle with chronic Lyme disease. Dutch beauty Yolanda Foster, now a star of U.S. reality show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, went under the knife on Friday (19Apr13) to remove a medical device that had been implanted in her arm in December (12) to treat the tick-borne condition.
She posted a photo of herself in the hospital bed, hooked up to an intravenous drip, prior to the operation, alongside the caption, “Exciting day, getting my port out”.
The 49 year old previously revealed she had struggled with fatigue and brain function problems resulting from the bacterial disease for almost two years before seeking medical treatment for the illness last year (12).
