Actress Molly Parker is finally heading for divorce, seven years after separating from her husband.
The House of Cards star, 44, wed Benedict Matthew Bissonnette in 2002 and he recently filed court papers to officially end the marriage, revealing they split in 2009.
According to TMZ.com, Bissonnette cited “irreconcilable differences” for the divorce.
The estranged couple appears to have parted ways amicably as Bissonnette is not seeking spousal support and has asked for joint custody of their 10-year-old son, William. He also claims they have no assets to split, reports the outlet.
