Naomi Campbell and Steve Mcqueen are British Vogue magazine’s new contributing editors.
Incoming editor-in-chief Edward Enninful announced on Thursday (06Jul17) that the British supermodel and Oscar-winning filmmaker will have input within the publication.
Kate Moss, who has been a contributing fashion editor at British Vogue since 2013, will continue to support the magazine, while former creative director at large of American Vogue, Grace Coddington, will also renew her links to the title.
“As two of the biggest international style influencers and supermodels, the impact Naomi and Kate have in today’s culture is enormous. Being an acclaimed filmmaker and Turner Prize-winning artist, Steve will bring an increased depth to the arts within the magazine,” said Enninful, adding, “Grace’s relationship with Vogue started at a very young age; she has become synonymous with the title and is as much loved in Britain as is she is globally.”
Enninful officially takes up his role at the magazine on 1 August (17), succeeding Alexandra Shulman.
