Natasha Hamilton hospitalised

British pop star Natasha Hamilton has been hospitalised with suspected appendicitis. The Atomic Kitten singer was admitted to an emergency room in England on Sunday (22Sep13) after she was struck down with crippling abdominal pains.
Hamilton detailed her ordeal in a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, revealing she spent more than five hours waiting for a doctor to see her before she was told she could be suffering from appendicitis.
She writes, “Spent my Sunday morning in A&E (accident and emergency department) poorly & not sure why… Not the best of days… 5 hrs in A&E & still no idea what (is) going on, feeling rather deflated & very sore. NHS (National Health Service) system is total mess. Nurses can’t be nicer but to be… left with abdo (abdominal) pains for so long, no scans etc I find it outrageous…
“It may be appendicitis, in over night, so much for my Sunday… Time to rest & recoup, thnx (thanks) for the well wishes!… Can’t believe how painful this is!”
