Nelly rape accuser files lawsuit to stop rapper from assaulting others

The woman who alleged Nelly raped her on his tour bus last year (17) has filed legal documents to prevent the rapper from sexually assaulting other women.
The star’s accuser, Monique Greene, has added an injunction to her lawsuit urging a judge to prevent the rapper from doing to others what she claims he did to her.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Greene claims Nelly targets young women at his concerts and lures them to have sex with him. She believes the Hot in Herre hitmaker seeks out “beautiful women of color” with “curvy figures”, and members of his entourage invite the women backstage.
She also alleges he masturbates in front of the women “with the expectation that presenting himself would entitle him to sexual gratification and that the women were drawn to and could not resist his penis.” Greene adds that when a woman denies his advances, he “sexually accosts and/or assaults her”.
According to Greene, there are at least two other women who have experienced sexual misconduct at his hands.
In Greene’s initial lawsuit, she claimed Nelly invited her to an afterparty on his tour bus in October (17), and when she boarded, she headed straight to the back of the vehicle, where the rapper’s bedroom was located. She sat on the bed, where Nelly joined her and purportedly began masturbating.
She says he then forced her to have sex and refused to wear a condom, and when it was all over, she screamed to be let off the bus.
A member of Nelly’s entourage is said to have pushed her off the vehicle, with the rapper allegedly tossing a $100 (£75) bill at her.
Greene called the police and was taken to a medical centre for treatment, while Nelly was arrested on suspicion of second degree rape.
The 43-year-old has vehemently denied the accusations against him.
A statement he released last year (17) read: “Let me say that I am beyond shocked that I have been targeted with this false allegation… I am confident that once the facts are looked at, it will be very clear that I am the victim of a false allegation.”
