No ‘Friends’ of Hers

If you want to be a celebrity for a living, here’s a tip: Don’t lay around in your back yard half naked. Or else you’ll end up like Jennifer Aniston, who’s suing a magazine called Celebrity Skin for publishing photos of her doing just that.

Aniston, who married actor Brad Pitt in a much-publicized ceremony two weekends ago, says in a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on Monday that the a “stalkerazzi” (that’s her lawyers’ idea of a diss, we surmise) climbed a neighbor’s fence and snapped the photos from a rooftop.

The lawsuit says Aniston’s privacy was violated and seeks unspecified damages.

The photos appeared in last November’s issue of the magazine, in a story titled “First Time Photos: Friends Stars X-Posed.”
