Actor/TV host Omar Gooding has been charged with marijuana possession and driving under the influence (DUI) following his arrest last month (Aug13). The Smart Guy star, younger brother of Oscar winner Cuba Gooding, Jr., was detained by police in Los Angeles on 20 August (13) after his car was pulled over on a minor traffic offence.
Cops allegedly discovered an amount of weed on his person, and he has now been charged with DUI and marijuana possession, according to TMZ.com.
The 36 year old is due back in court later this month (Sep13).
