Oprah Winfrey to sell farm food in Hawaii

The media mogul, who owns a large estate on the Hawaiian island of Maui, has filed trademark applications so she can start selling an organic food and drink range.

The names include Oprah’s Organics, Oprah’s Farm and Oprah’s Harvest, but a representative for the star insists the products will only be available in Hawaii.

The spokesperson tells New York Post gossip column Page Six, “The trademarks were filed for Oprah’s farm on Maui to enable the farm to grow and distribute produce on Maui and throughout the Hawaiian Islands.”
