Oscars find home in Hollywood…finally

After years of residence in downtown Los Angeles, the 2002 Academy Awards ceremony will finally be held back in Hollywood, according to Variety. The 74th annual production will head north to Hollywood’s Kodak Theater next March 24–taking place in Tinseltown for the first time since 1960. “It will be an exciting return to yesteryear,” said Academy spokesman John Pavlik. The broadcast will be carried by ABC.
