The reality TV star was making her way through an indoor parking lot after leaving the Bootsy Bellows club with fellow socialite Brandon Davis when a pal clashed with an overzealous photographer and tried to grab a camera out of his hands.
Hilton, who was standing behind the tussling pair, was accidentally knocked over and landed on her butt during the altercation, reports TMZ.com.
She was not injured and was escorted to a car after being helped to her feet.
