Patrick Dempsey and estranged wife selling marital home

Actor PATRICK DEMPSEY and his estranged wife JILLIAN FINK have listed their marital home for $14.5 million (GBP9 million).
Fink filed for divorce from the former Grey’s Anatomy star in January (15) after 15 years of marriage and they are now taking their separation further by unloading their Malibu, California property.
Dempsey and Fink purchased the home in 2009 for $7 million (GBP4.375 million), according to the New York Daily News.
The mansion boasts a pool, an outdoor kitchen and enclosures for the family’s farm animals.
The property news comes just days after Dempsey hit the headlines following his Grey’s Anatomy character Dr. Derek Shepherd’s shocking death. His demise stunned fans of the medical drama when Dempsey’s final episode aired in America on Thursday night (23Apr15).
