Pitt and Aniston Start Company

Brad Pitt is starting a movie-production business with Brad Grey, chairman of Brillstein-Grey, the management company that represents the actor. Meanwhile, Pitt‘s wife and Friends star Jennifer Aniston joins the company as an equity partner, Variety reports.

Together, they have formed a three-year venture that has struck a first-look deal at Warner Bros.

Pitt, who helped get the films Fight Club and Ocean’s Eleven made, started developing projects with Aniston at Warner Bros. last year under the Bloc banner.

“Jen and I got started in a development capacity at a time that coincided with Brad looking to build a film company, ” Pitt told Variety. “We want to let this venture define itself. It becomes harder and harder to find things that spark your interest, and I’ve found there is a lot to be excited about in the development stage, being involved from conception to incarnation. It feels like the right vibe.”

The yet-to-be-named company will be housed at the Hollywood headquarters of Grey’s management company along with his two other ventures, Brad Grey Pictures and Brad Grey Television.
