Polaris Prize winner Kaytranada lands Andre 3000 for new album

Newly-crowned Polaris Prize winner Kaytranada has landed a major guest for her new album – reclusive former Outkast star Andre 3000.
The Haiti-born star has posted a shot of herself in the studio with the Ms. Jackson hitmaker, confirming reports the two eccentric stars are working together on new material.
She simply captioned the shot: “Andre 3000 and Kaytranada in the studio.”
Andre 3000 has been very busy of late – he will appear on Kid Cudi’s new album, Passion, Pain And Demon Slayin, which also features Pharrell Williams and Willow Smith, while he has also guested on Kanye West’s album The Life Of Pablo, Frank Ocean’s Blonde and Travis Scott’s album Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight.
Andre also briefly reunited with Outkast bandmate Big Boi at their record label Dungeon Family’s festival at Lakewood Amphitheatre in Los Angeles earlier this month (12Sep16).
