The 40 year old returned to the show just four weeks after giving birth to Stella last year (09), insisting she “needed to work” while she still had a job.
But as Pompeo and her husband Chris Ivery celebrated Stella’s first birthday on 15 September (10), the actress reveals she finds it tough being away from her little girl.
She tells America’s TV Guide, “It’s very challenging. I bring her here as often as I can, but sometimes I have my moments where I am not the nicest person here because I feel very stressed that I want to get home to her.”
