Thousands of Potter lovers camped out for days to see the cast in London’s Leicester Square last summer (11) as the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, made its premiere.
The eight movies came to a close after a decade, making huge stars of Daniel Radcliffe, Watson and Grint and taking more than $7 billion at the box office.
Now bosses behind the films have compiled a special video to the franchise’s loyal followers, featuring messages from the cast and footage from the final premiere.
In the clip, Grint and Watson, as well as co-stars Matthew Lewis, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps and Bonnie Wright, thank fans for their unwavering support.
Grint says, “I just want to say thanks for being so supportive and dedicated throughout these ten years, it really means a lot to everyone that you still get really excited about these films every year. Thanks for everything.”
Watson adds, “We just have the most amazing fans in the world. Thank you so much for your support over the last decade.”
