Prince’s former Toronto home up for sale

The Toronto, Canada estate Prince shared with his ex-wife Manuela Testolini from 2001 to 2006 has been put on the market for just under $13.2 million (£10.3 million).
The current owner had previously listed the spacious compound for $9.5 million (£7.4 million) in 2015, but pulled it from the market last year (16) following the superstar’s death, reports TMZ.com.
It has now been reposted at the higher price, and potential buyers will be able to feel the late singer’s presence all around the home, as it still features his purple carpet and wallpaper in the basement lounge, his signature Love Symbol etched onto the frosted glass on the dining room doors, and the writing desk he used.
In addition to purchasing the pad once owned by Prince, the eventual buyer will also be able to call rapper Drake their neighbour as the Toronto native also owns a home in the area.
