Questlove writing advice book

Hip-hop star Ahmir ‘Questlove’ Thompson is collecting his top life tips for a new advice book.
Creative Quest will give readers “a guide to living your best life” and will hit stores on 24 April (18).
“Whether discussing his own life or channeling the lessons he’s learned from forefathers such as George Clinton, collaborators like D’Angelo, or like-minded artists including Ava DuVernay, David Byrne, Bjork, and others, Questlove speaks with the candor and enthusiasm that fans have come to expect,” Questlove’s publisher, Ecco, tells Buzzfeed. “Creative Quest is many things – above all, a wise and wide-ranging con­versation around the eternal mystery of creativity.”
This isn’t the first book for The Roots drummer – he released something to food about: Exploring Creativity with America’s Most Innovative Chefs last year (16), and his memoir, Mo’ Meta Blues, came out in 2013.
