Rapper T.I. gives out 300 tickets to Black Panther screenings

Rapper T.I. has teamed up with bosses at U.S. retailer Walmart to give 300 fans a chance to see Marvel blockbuster Black Panther for free.
The Live Your Life hitmaker has handed out the tickets to families in Atlanta, Georgia.
“Me and @Walmart (sic) joined efforts to support the community with free tickets for customers to attend an Advance Screening of @MarvelStudios @theblackpanther,” he writes on Twitter on Wednesday (14Feb18). “We gave away 300 tickets to deserving families yesterday at the Cascade Walmart store.”
T.I. is not the only star to treat fans to a screening of the movie – Octavia Spencer is also planning to buy out a Mississippi cinema, so underprivileged children can see the much-hyped superhero movie, which stars Chadwick Boseman and Lupita Nyong’o.
The movie hits U.S. theatres on Friday (16Feb18).
