Rapper Trinidad James is reportedly in the clear after authorities dismissed marijuana possession charges following reports he lit up a joint in his hotel room. The hip-hop star, real name Nicholas Williams, was detained by police at a Holiday Inn in Batesville, Mississippi on Friday (08Feb14), according to TMZ.com.
Now editors at the website are reporting that officials have backed off the case and dismissed all charges against him.
A representative for James has yet to comment.
