Halle Berry is no longer involved in a lawsuit linked to her ex-husband’s airport attack on a sneaky snapper.
French actor Olivier Martinez lost his cool at LAX in Los Angeles back in 2015 when he spotted an airport employee trying to take a photo of the famous couple, and pushed a baby carrier in his face.
The man immediately pressed charges, accusing the actress and her husband of assault and knocking him down to the ground.

According to The Blast, Martinez wasn’t prosecuted, but his accusor filed a $5 million lawsuit against the couple.
On Monday (25Sep17) new documents obtained by the outlet were filed suggesting the actress has been dismissed from the case.
Martinez is still being sued by his alleged attacker.
