Rapper XXXTENTACION postpones tour

Rap newcomer Xxxtentacion has postponed his upcoming tour following a family emergency.
The MC announced his cousin was shot over the weekend and he will be “disappearing for while” to focus on his mental and physical health.
“Dear fans and supporters, I am postponing the tour and giving a full refund to everyone that has purchased a ticket due to my cousin being shot…,” he wrote in a now deleted post on Instagram over the weekend (24-25Jun17). “I want to be by his side, I apologize to everyone I am disappointing, I am, & must choose to maintain my mental health & physical health before anything, we will have fun and meet soon…!”
The 19-year-old will perform the last show of The Revenge Tour on 2 July (17) in his home state of Florida.
His announcement comes days after the rapper was knocked out onstage at a show in San Diego, California. The teenager was performing at North Park when an attacker jumped onto the stage and punched the rapper.
Security officials tackled the attacker to the ground as XXXTentacion was carried backstage, where a brawl broke out, leaving one person with stab wounds. Police are reportedly investigating the incident.
