Ray J was rejected by Halle Berry

R&B star Ray J was once rejected by Halle Berry after he asked the Oscar winner out on a date. The One Wish hitmaker, who dated Whitney Houston on and off before her tragic death, reveals he tried his luck with the Hollywood beauty shortly after her 2010 split from model Gabriel Aubry, while he was doing a little presenting at a red carpet event – but his advances were practically laughed off.
He tells U.S. talk show host Wendy Williams, “I tried to get with Halle Berry one time.
“She probably doesn’t even remember because I was like hosting, asking her questions on the red carpet… This was maybe like three years ago, four years ago… I walked up to her and just was like, ‘Yo, I know I just interviewed you, but you’re so pretty, I would love to take you out on a date’ and all she did was go, ‘Aww’.”
Berry went on to romance French hunk Olivier Martinez and the couple is now expecting its first child together.
