The Jersey Shore star was taken into custody by police officers on 10 June (12) after they caught her behaving badly outside a bar in Seaside Heights, where the show’s cast was filming its last season.
The 25 year old pleaded guilty to the lesser charge of failing to use the sidewalk and was ordered to pay a total of $139 (£87) in fines, and now she has been barred from returning to the venue, Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grille, for two years, according to TMZ.com.
Officials at the state’s Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control also hit the restaurant with a $15,000 (£9,375) fine for over-serving Cortese.
