Is Matt Damon ready to go undercover? (Or to take Brad Pitt‘s leftovers?) Today’s Daily Variety says “The Talented Mr. Ripley” star has been offered the lead in the spy thriller, “The Bourne Identity,” based on the Robert Ludlum novel of the same name. Pitt passed on the project on Wednesday.
