Rudimental stars honoured at U.K. university

Two members of British dance act Rudimental have accepted honorary degrees from their alma mata six years after they graduated. Piers Aggett and Kesi Dryden were feted by officials at Leeds Metropolitan University in England and became Honorary Masters of Music at a ceremony held on Thursday (24Jul14).
Both stars previously studied at the college and obtained degrees in Creative Music and Sound Technology. They graduated in 2008.
Leeds Metropolitan University Vice Chancellor, Professor Susan Price, says, “Since graduating Piers and Kesi’s success has known no bounds, and we could not be more proud of them and all that they have achieved. An inspiration to both our students and current graduates, they are living proof that hard work and determination does pay off.”
