The Notebook star asked his mum, Donna, to join him on the red carpet for a screening of Gangster Squad in Los Angeles on Monday night (07Jan13) as the brunette beauty was unable to attend.
Gosling also revealed Mendes lent Donna an outfit to wear to the premiere, telling E! Online, “My mother’s wearing all my girlfriend’s clothes,” while his mother adds, “I’m wearing Eva Mendes. She let me raid her closet.”
Gosling has been linked to Mendes since 2011.
