ONEREPUBLIC singer RYAN TEDDER has treated himself to a massive New York City apartment for his 36th birthday.
The Apologize hitmaker marked the milestone on 26 June (15) and celebrated by purchasing a six-bedroom pad in the Tribeca neighbourhood for $11 million (GBP6.9).
According to the New York Post, Tedder is combining two units to construct the perfect home, which he hopes to complete next year (16).
