Sara Evans mourns the death of young bull riding champion

Country singer Sara Evans is mourning the loss of rodeo star Mason Lowe, who died from injuries sustained riding a bull.
The bull riding champion, who was ranked 18th in the world, was 25 when he passed away on Tuesday (15Jan19).
Evans, whose best friend was Lowe’s mother-in-law, took to Instagram on Wednesday to pay tribute to the daring sportsman, posting a photo of Mason and writing: “Words cannot express how my heart breaks.
“Last night he passed away in Denver, tragically, from injuries sustained while riding a bull. He was ranked #18 in the world. And married to my sweet friend’s daughter. I love you all and am praying for you.”
Lowe was killed when a bull he was riding bucked him off and stomped on his chest at the National Western Stock Show in Colorado.
The bull rider married Abbey Cooper in 2018.
