Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is the world’s highest-paid entertainer

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has unseated Taylor Swift to become the world’s highest-paid entertainer this year (17).

Combs landed in first place with $130 million in earnings, thanks to the sale of one-third of his Sean John clothing line for an estimated $70 million, his Diageo Ciroc vodka partnership, and his Bad Boy Family Reunion Tour, according to Forbes.

Beyonce follows at two with $105 million in earnings from her groundbreaking Lemonade album and Formation World Tour last year (16), while Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling comes in third with $95 million.

Rapper Drake and soccer ace Cristiano Ronaldo round out the top five with $94 million and $93 million, respectively.

Meanwhile, the Shake It Off hitmaker, who has been on a hiatus, falls to the 49th spot on Forbes‘ annual list, while Jackie Chan, Kevin Hart, and Chance the Rapper are also featured on the 100-strong countdown.
