SEAN PENN helped actress MINKA KELLY celebrate her 35th birthday at a luxury restaurant in California last week (ends28Jun15).
The Milk actor, who reportedly split from Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron in May (15), was pictured throwing Kelly a birthday celebration at exclusive eaterie French Laundry in Napa Valley.
Penn and the former Friday Night Lights actress, who reportedly met during a Haiti charity event, were joined by three other friends, who serenaded Kelly with a rendition of Happy Birthday.
The group dined on chicken, truffle macaroni and cheese, and birthday cake, before Penn picked up the pricey bill, according to TMZ.com.
