Actor Seann William Scott believes it’s likely he’ll be playing dim-witted characters in movies for the rest of his career.
The 28-year-old screen star, who has made a name for himself portraying intellectually-challenged characters in Dude, Where’s My Car?, Road Trip and the American Pie films, is now set to be seen as yet another simple-minded man in the movie adaptation of The Dukes of Hazzard.
And Scott has now come to accept that he could well be stuck in such roles for the rest of his career.
He says, “Most of the comedies will have some similarity because most comedy roles are about guys that aren’t that bright. Every once in a while you’ll get a Sideways; not that I’m doing it.”
