Selena Gomez has a sister – report

Singer/actress Selena Gomez has become an elder sister after her mother gave birth to a baby girl on Thursday (13Jun13), according to an online report. The 20-year-old star shared the news with her Twitter.com followers last month (May13) that her mother, Mandy Teefey, was expecting a child with her second husband Brian, and now it appears she has welcomed another daughter.
The Come & Get It hitmaker’s friend Demi Lovato alerted devotees to the good news on Thursday (13Jun13), writing in a post on Twitter.com, “(Selena Gomez) is a big sister! Everyone congratulate her and her family!… (Congratulations Selena, Mandy and Brian).”
Teefey’s pregnancy news came less than two years after she suffered a devastating miscarriage in December, 2011.
She divorced Selena’s father, Ricardo, when the star was just five years old.
