Selena Gomez posted a cute but cryptic Instagram message to wish her boyfriend Justin Bieber a happy birthday on Thursday (01Mar18).
The Sorry singer celebrated his birthday on Thursday, and Selena didn’t let the occasion pass without sharing an affectionate post on social media with the star and her fans.
“March 1, 1994 someone I know that happens to be super cool was born. Boom,” she captioned a photo of herself in a car with a finger over her grin and a Polaroid picture of her on-off beau stuck to her forehead. While she didn’t mention Justin by name, it was clear she was referring to the star, who turned 24 on Thursday.
While the pair hasn’t been spotted celebrating his birthday yet, Selena did reportedly accompany the star to a church service at the Saban Theatre in Los Angeles on Wednesday evening. According to editors at People magazine, he arrived separately from the Wolves singer, who frequently attends services with him.
“Everything is so different this time around,” an insider has told E! News of their renewed romance. “This time around, Justin is behaving like a gentlemen and showing how much he cares about her. He’s is a lot more open about his feelings towards Selena, which has been a big sign of him maturing.”
The Love Yourself singer was pictured on his birthday driving an aqua-coloured Lamborghini in L.A. and going into an indoor go-karting centre with his mum Pattie Mallette and and pastor Carl Lentz.
He also received birthday messages on social media from celebrity pals including Chance the Rapper, Ellen DeGeneres, John Mayer, and Star Trek actor William Shatner, among others.
