Charmed star Shannen Doherty pleaded no contest Monday to charges of drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit. She also admitted to refusing to submit to a chemical test during her arrest. Prosecutors said her blood-alcohol level was .13 percent, well above the legal limit of .08 percent, The Associated Press reports. She was arrested in December after California Highway Patrol officers saw her Ford pickup truck weaving. As a first-time offender, she will likely face 48 hours in jail or five days in a work-release program. She also will receive additional punishment, possibly time in custody or a longer work-release term. Doherty will be sentenced June 12.
