Shemar Moore accidentally sent sexy text to his mother

Actor Shemar Moore was once left cringing with embarrassment after sending a sexy text, intended for his former girlfriend, to his mother.
The Criminal Minds star had been wanting to tease his now-ex with the saucy message as he headed home, but his jaw dropped when he realised it had gone to the wrong woman in his life.
“There was this one time, with my last girlfriend, I was coming home from work and missing on her a bit (sic),” he said. “I was just tryna (sic) trade some kisses and have a little fun… and I was looking for a little hanky panky…
“So I was like, ‘Hey babe, how was your day… What you got on? I’m coming home…’ I was just saying some cute stuff, but my mother had texted me when I was at work, talking about what she wanted to do this weekend… and I was like, ‘Yeah baby, I hope you got that thing on, and when I come home… you better be ready ’cause I’m gonna put it on you’.
“I pushed send, and you know when your heart drops to your feet…? It said, ‘Mom’ (as the recipient) and I was like, ‘Oh no, no, no, no!'”
Shemar soon heard from his mum, Marilyn, who gave him a playful scolding.
“She called me and… she loves to say, ‘You’re just like your father,’ and when I’m really being a pain, she goes, ‘You’re such a jacka**,’ so she texted me back, ‘You’re such a jacka**!’,” he laughed.
The actor admits mum is used to hearing all about her son’s love life, as he is always candid about the women he is dating.
He explained, “I love my mother to death, and when I get to talking, I’m like, ‘Ma, I met this girl, she got this and she got that,’ and she goes, ‘Oh Shemar, you’re just like your father!'”
However, Shemar reveals that, as a 48-year-old bachelor, his mum is impatiently waiting for him to give her a grandchild: “She’s like, ‘I’m gonna be the oldest grandmother in the world. Can you stop practising already and just make me a grandmama?'”
The TV hunk is actively looking for ‘The One’, and he has a clear checklist for the kind of woman he is hoping to settle down with.
“I’m a man, so… it takes both: physically and what you’ve got on the inside,” The Bounce Back star said. “Physically, my top three things are eyes, mouth, and that booty. My mother has raised the bar so high, because in her day and still to this day – she just turned 75 years old – but she’ll tell you in her younger days, ‘I had the best backside…!’
“But my mother was also highly educated… so she’s so smart and she always said, ‘Whoever you end up with, make sure she has an education, because you wanna make sure your children have the right inspiration to get a good education’.”
