Former pop star Sinitta will act as godmother to Simon Cowell’s baby son. The So Macho singer, who dated the music mogul in the 1980s and has become one of his closest confidantes, will take on the special role for Cowell’s one-month-old son Eric, his first child with Lauren Silverman.
Sinitta took to Twitter.com on Sunday (30Mar14) to post a photo of herself cradling the tot, along with the caption: “At Mothers (sic) Day lunch… I was asked to be GodMother to Baby Eric!!!”
Cowell is godfather to Sinitta’s children Magdelena and Zac.
