Singer Kellie Pickler’s talk show picked up for second season

Country star Kellie Pickler is celebrating after her new U.S. talk show was picked up for a second season.
The former American Idol contestant co-hosts Pickler & Ben with New York TV personality Ben Aaron, and the daytime show, filmed in Nashville, Tennessee and co-produced by singer Faith Hill, debuted in September (17).
It’s since become so popular, it’s been renewed for another run.
“Kellie and Ben are a breath of fresh air in the daytime space, and audiences have loved watching them bring this fun, dynamic show to life…,” reads a statement issued by Cater Lee, vice president of programming for broadcaster E.W. Scripps Company. “I am delighted that we are recommitting for a second season.”
An overjoyed Kellie took to Twitter on Tuesday (16Jan18) to thank viewers for their support.
“All of us @PicklerandBen are blessed/thrilled to keep this family show going! #muchlove,” she wrote.
